These published standards prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on the Brahmakshatriya Marvadi Samaj community app and related services operated for Shri Brahmakshatriya (Marvadi) Samaj, Daheli Vibhag.
We strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content or conduct that endangers children. Such content or behavior is not allowed in family listings, profiles, messages initiated via contact details, or any other use of the app.
This app is a community family directory for adults registering and browsing approved Samaj family information. Guardians must supervise any use involving minors’ details. The app is not designed for children as a primary audience.
Users can report concerns, unsafe content, or child-safety issues from within the app using Send feedback / Report concern, or by emailing the child safety contact below. We review reports in good faith and take appropriate action.
After obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or a clear child-safety violation, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending or deleting accounts, restricting directory visibility, and cooperating with authorities as required by law.
We aim to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where we confirm CSAM, we will follow a process to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as applicable.
